The Art for Impact—Culture, Commerce, and Change

To coincide with the start of the 2015 Oxford Impact Investing Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Oksana Oracheva, General Director of The Vladimir Potanin Foundation took part in a discussion on the ways the Foundation is investing in leaders, individuals and institutions to build bridges through cultural investment and transnational partnerships between organisations in the area of civic engagement and cultural actors. She shared key findings from a case study prepared by Gayle Peterson, Programme Director, Oxford Impact Investing Programme.

Other speakers at the event included Mallica Kumbera, Ashmolean Museum and Andrea Nemtin, President & CEO Inspirit Foundation (Canada).

The Oxford Impact Investing Programme itself helps provide leaders from finance, social enterprises, NGOs and philanthropic foundations with the leadership capabilities and skills to develop investments to help long term complex social and environmental problems. The presentation took place at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford 21 April 2015.
