Russian International Olympic University in Sochi expands the team of visiting professors with support of the Foundation

May 30, 2017 the Expert Committee of the Foundation Olympic Scholarship Program announced results of the grant competition for visiting professors of the Master of Sports Administration Program (MSA) of the Russian International Olympic University (RIOU).
The program supports the University in its intention to attract best sports management specialists, in order to further enhance the teaching level and promote dissemination of knowledge and best practices of the world sports industry.
Oksana Oracheva, General Director of the Foundation: “The program for visiting professors of the Russian International Olympic University is comparatively young: the competition only runs for the second time. Nevertheless, it is hard to overestimate it – the high scientific capacity and best academic staff ground RIOU as a unique educational institution. Academic mobility is encouraged by the necessity to be dynamic and study new trends. We hope that the time spent with the University team will benefit not only our students but also professors, who are going to carry out expectedly interesting work in Sochi”.
Professor Lev Belousov, RIOU Rector: “Thanks to The Foundation support we are able to attract the best academic staff and sports management experts. The Master of Sports Administration Program is in the TOP-3 European upgrade qualifications programs in sports management business-education according to the Sport Business International magazine ranking. That is why studying and working in RIOU is both an interesting and prestigious process. We have gained recognition also because of our partnership with the Foundation”.
